...loving the rain.

We love the rain enough to plan our walk at the park to coincide with today's storm.  The still image, above, might suggest that ducks (at least some of them), similarly, love the rain; otherwise, wouldn't they be under a tree, avoiding it?

However, the live action version of the duck, above, hints at discontent.  Check it out:

After watching the duck vocalize his message, I asked Darrell, "Do waterfowl like water?"  His response:  "Do water dogs like water?"  I would say, generally, "Yes, water dogs love water."  But we tested this hypothesis by taking Mousse out into the rain upon return:

Results:  Inconclusive.

We know the Victorias loved today's rain.  The Mayfields haven't seen it.  How about you?  Do you love rainy days?
