Brain cancer is...
...riding in the passenger seat, we guess.
Skelly was ready to move onto the next adventure this morning, climbing into the driver's seat while we packed up.

At the bottom of the mountain, we did swing by to visit Nova and her crew. Here's the picture, in words: Imagine Alex opening the door as we came up the stairs. Beowulf ran out to greet us, wiggling. Behind him toddled a one-year old girl, who reached out her arms to G'Mama, requesting to be picked up. You can imagine just how warm my heart was. It's as if she was saying, "Ah. There you are G'Mama. Let's pick up where we left off, shall we?" I didn't put her down the whole time.
