A Seven-Mile Day

 Brain cancer is...

 ..."beach walking" at the park.

Our plan was to get up this morning in our hotel room, head to the beach, and walk. As you can see, a park-view walk isn't a bad runner up to a beach walk.  

Today was the first time in a long time that we hit nearly seven miles.  (Work gets in the way of walking somehow.)  It felt really good.

And of course we ended our "vacation" with a celebratory meal out.
