 ...appreciating how fortunate we are.

Tonight we enjoyed a Zoom birthday party for Linda.  Happy Birthday, Linda! 

Of course it's sad not to be able to give her a birthday hug on one of our beloved train trips to Ventura, but on the screen you see four square inches of silver lining during the days of CoVid:  Brady, Bennett, Linda, and Christian.

Without CoVid, we doubt that we would have spent a Thursday evening talking with each of them about their lives and ours.  We feel fortunate indeed.

We feel the same way about all our loved ones--near and close--with whom we would probably not have connected as regularly.  Thank you, loved ones, for your connections and the ways you enrich our lives.

Today's Blooms
The backyard keeps offering us surprises.

The plumeria Summer left us keeps on giving.
