Brain cancer is...
...staying busy with strength training and walking.
Like a lot of people, were are filling our time lifting weights, push-ups, sit-ups, and other exercises that use all kinds of furniture (here; we still dislike strength training, but we haven't missed a workout!). For aerobic exercise, we walk and we walk. New to us is practicing our balance on a wobble board (see above; it can be done).
