We enjoyed the company of Optune Amy today, who came for Darrell’s data download. She shared the good news that Darrell’s Optune usage rate was 98%—Again!
She also helped us troubleshoot an odd alarm. Amy tracked the problem down to one battery. We write acquisition dates on tape and stick them to each battery, so when Amy looked at the date of the culprit battery, she exclaimed, “No wonder! This battery is two years old.”
Poor little battery! We hadn’t really thought about how hard each of Darrell’s batteries works for him to keep his astronomical usage rates! The best supporting role award goes to: Optune batteries!
