Integrity is everything...

Sincerity and Integrity has been coming up alot for me lately.

Its a huge lesson for us all.

Are you a FOMO (fear of missing out) type of person - who makes plans but if another better option comes up you will cancel the first one?
Or are you just so thoughtless that you make plans with people and forget?
Or are you the person that other things come up all the time, blaming work and you cancel last minute? 
Or there is the faker who just rabbits on about making plans and has no intention whatsoever...you know them...
Or are you a person who makes plans and properly apologise to the person that might have changed their plans to fit your into their day and makes it up to them?

Or are you the sincere person who shows up when you say more often than not?

Im sure theres plenty more Im not covering here.

What type of person are you?
