Grace brings transformation...
Yesterday I had some very sad news and so I wanted to touch on grief and moving on from loosing a loved one. Its a short goodbye, you will be seeing them soon.
Illness is the voice of the soul.
It doesnt scream at all of us, but for those who are going through it with loved ones, it can be a very hard time. It takes alot of courage and acceptance to pull us through it.
We all need so much comfort and healing during times of grief. We all will go through it at some stage.
However in order to move forward with our lives we need to access the emotions of empathy and love and compassion instead of that sadness. The sadness will try and linger as the body finds it easier to suffer than to live with grace during hard times. Pain is restricting and so all you need to do is love. Love will make you stronger and help us out of the darkness and into the light.
We need to take a deep breath and try and relax into this new phase of your life without loved ones whom were a huge part of our lives.
We need to try and allow our bodies to notice and release all tension that this pain can cause.
Now is the time to be calm, still, relaxed and at peace. This will enable the letting go to be easier for us. And be happy and full of gratitude for the times you have shared together. That connection is the higher power.

I was asked last week to send a message to a child who was in her final stages of cancer. It was probably the hardest thing I have had to do yet. But I took the morning to meditate over my thoughts and some words came to me which I sent to this friend who sent them to the girls mother. The young girl must have read my blog at some point, but she knew of me. I was so touched, to be given this gift. It is a gift now to understand life and death and being able to navigate it, its my calling now and I need to nuture that. I am so thankful as I feel I have finally found my calling.
Its just so sad to watch a young child leave this existence. I would have loved to have sat with her, but as she lives in England.

I also had news of my cousins beautiful fiance Kayleigh who passed this morning. Kayleigh was one of the most beautiful, fun, clever, life loving people with a huge life ahead of her with my gorgeous cousin. My heart goes out to him. We always think - oh she will be fine, she will get through this and then when she doesnt pull through, its always so shocking. I had to take the day off going outside to just sit in peace. Its just so real - this space we have right now.
Releasing the need to rationalise or question the past - as we so do in the healing process. Everything is as it is meant to be. Hold close only love with happy memories of loved ones who have transended this existence.
Understanding the process of life and death and the transending spirit - the energy imprint of those loved ones will remain with us after they leave us. This energy is part of us, living through us. We need to honour her life in the highest order and so I am.
Also time to cherish the life force that is within you. Your life contract has a role connected with nature and the animals and everything and everyone around you.
The love, the courage, the comfort. Our minds hold an imprint.
