Goodbye 2018
The toughest year of my life yet but also the most amazing strongest lessons learned.
Im transitioning now. My body is changing. My energy is changing and I am just going with the flow. Fear sets in but in a different way, its a calm sense of wonderment when I might be meditating and a few tears might just drop out of the side of my eyes. Its not fear though. Its actually a real sense of calm and serenity for life. I wish I always had this feeling.
The biggest egotrip you will go on is getting rid of your ego!
"Life and Death are what dreams are made of..." keeps entering my mind. Life is such a mystical experience, if we let it. I am lucky to see it this way. I go to the cosmic kitchen daily to order from the higher power. When I dont get exactly what I want. I need to re-order and give a clearer description. Right?!
The only thing that keeps you from deserving is someone elses opinion that you have accepted as your truth.....(I have said this to many people and they cant understand it. Do you?) Maybe its too deep. We can only go as far as we experience.
All the questions I was asking myself....for 2019. Based on Alan Watts to improve myself. The self that needs to be improved is the one that is doing the improving! And as I got this quote from my friend who is a nun.
