So full of gratitude

I was out today walking down the road and we bumped into a lady mum knew and she said that she prayed for me everyday for the last 2 years since she knew I was ill. I had never met that lady in my life and yet, I felt so connected to her. How meaningful and profound that someone can dedicate their prayer time to someone they have never met.

I have been having alot of that lately. I even got a love letter from a guy I never met! how heartwarming. Then another guy I used to know sang a song that he wrote about me (20 years ago!!!) oh life is just beautiful.

I was happy to get out today but i have to reserve my energy. We should all reserve our energy. its an interesting concept to stay silent for a while and put our energy into ourselves. Looking after ourselves, no one else but yourself.

I have been in the process of learning this over the last few weeks. Its so not me to stay at home in bed. but this is what needs to be done at this moment in time. I am enjoying it. Life is very giving. I am enjoying the quiet time.
