Frozen Shoulder is no mean feet folks!
Just a small update. Chemotherapy going fine, slightly tired, nausea but manageable. However I got the worst pain in my shoulder yesterday. A pain I had never felt before. It was excruciating and I am not exaggerating. I know now that is was a frozen shoulder. I slept ok and thought it was gone but on cleaning the house (yes mum) it twinged again. Its honestly like you have dislocated your shoulder. The pain is like nothing I have experienced before.I didnt want to go into the hospital last night and have another xray or this morning so I went on youtube to find something that might relieve me and to my heavenly JOY and prayer I came across this man Dr. Alan Mandall. Immediately his first video (link below) eased the pain somewhat. If you know of anyone who ever gets this. Pinching the muscle tricks the brain and then the second video is exercises I have to do everyday so it doesnt get bad.
I have the port for chemo on this shoulder so its probably the reason why its stiff. Life throws some stones at me - I go to youtube! lol thank God for Dr. Alan Mandall. I was like an antichrist at the kitchen table before finding him. I am laughing away at myself now.
