Life Purpose

Im on the floor making curtains.
Willie the framer knocks at the door. hes going to frame some cool pictures myself and Jo did last year. No, in 2016. Gosh time is flying. In february I will be with mets 3 years. Actually next year I will have lived with cancer for 10 years. In a weird way I almost want to give myself a high five. Its a bit american though. But feck it, I am giving myself a high five. I got all my angels around me, looking after me Linda, Caroline, Grace and Josephine. I thank my lucky stars.
I guess I should aim to have a 10 year anniversary exhibition of my mad art. Any excuse for another party. I am going to make each angel their own lifewreath.

My thoughts for this day on Self love and Self care folks. 

Increase your own self care.
Even if your caring for someone else.
We all need support.
We all have challenges.
We all are learning more and more.
We are devices that are always on.
So we need to protect ourselves.
